Quant-Rho® FITC Anti-D Product (Z499U)

Download Package Insert – pdf download

Quant-Rho® FITC Anti-D is used for quantifying a Fetal Maternal Hemorrhage (FMH) by in vitro labeling of RhD positive cells for analysis by flow cytometry. This FITC anti-D provides a rapid method for the determination of the total number of fetal RhD positive cells in a maternal RhD negative sample. Quant-Rho® FITC anti-D has the advantage of providing more accurate and reproducible results than those obtained from the Kleihauer-Betke test. It only detects RhD positive cells making it particularly useful in patients with high levels of Hemoglobin F (HbF).

Benefits

> Quantifies FMH quickly and accurately
> Standardized methodology
> Reproducible results
> Does not detect HbF
> 100 tests per vial

Features

> For use by flow cytometry
> Ready for use reagents
> Reagents stable for 2 years
> FITC labeled anti-D (LDG76) monoclonal antibody
> Supplied in 5mL vials
